About April

Welcome to Creating April, the site is where you can find April Kimble’s artwork, creative ventures, and other content around creating a good life.

April has been an artist since she first picked up crayons and a coloring book. She went on to earn her BFA and studied abroad in Florence, Italy during college. Her passion for painting has amplified since discovering the joys of painting en plein air. While the website is a new creation, April’s painting and creating adventures have always been a part of her life and she’s excited to share this with others. Her creative philosophy is her artist statement of sorts, and she hopes this resonates with other like-minded creators.

She offers workshops and one-on-one painting coaching. She is located in the New Jersey suburbs of Philadelphia and one-on-one coaching is available online in your location.
