Back in October I worked on and completed the Chevron Cloud wrap knit. My work-in-progress post promised a part 2, which I have now learned I should avoid promising, particularly around the busy holidays!
I absolutely loved this knit project. The result was so satisfying and it really built my confidence around knitting.
There is an area I totally screwed up (which you might be able to see in the cream yarn in this image), but I am fine with a few details to highlight the homemade quality of my warp.
I didn’t end up taking any photos of the wrap blocked, and in the photo I have of me wearing it, I’m not really showing off how beautiful and wide the wrap is, and am of course wearing it like a scarf on vacation. My heart absolutely sang when our concierge commented on how beautiful it was, and I proudly told her I made it and had finished it only the day before.
